Had to kill an hour at a cafe today. Decided to productive and do a pinup for the comic. Sketch came up good. I'll work it up more and ink it later. Might make a speed paint out of it too. Classic Conan pose going.

Heres a 45 min speed paint of a screen from the Black Dahlia trailer. Down and dirty quick painting to try and capture the essence of Ekkart classic hard boiled features. These little efforts are more about observation than accuracy.

Yes! I know her front foot is overlong. But I liked the feel of it and went with it.
